Description:   This hands-on class walks you through the Change Request CRQ submittal and management process in the Remedy tool. Students will submit, track, update and close CRQs in Remedy. You will also be introduced to other Remedy functions such as the Overview and CAB Consoles, and how to use Email within Remedy CRQs.
