The Office of Technology Services (OTech) provides customers with quality, cost-effective information technology and telecommunications solutions. Our valued customers include various state, county, federal and local government entities throughout the State of California. We offer the following resources:

  • Customer Account Lead Directory

    Type any part of the department name, then select with mouse or keyboard. Do not enter a department abbreviation (e.g, DMV, EDD)


  • CSS Service Request System

    The Customer Service System (CSS Web) allows customers to create and submit Service Requests 24/7, and provides robust search and reporting capabilities. As of Spring 2016, customers are migrating in phases, or waves, to use IT Service Management (Remedy) for submission of Service Requests. The final wave will be completed by Fall 2016. Contact your Account Lead to determine the date of your organization’s migration.

  • IT Service Management (Remedy)

    IT Service Management (Remedy) is the Office of Technology’s (OTech’s) service management system that is being phased in to replace OTech’s legacy Customer Service System (CSS). To find out if your organization has been migrated to Remedy, or when your department will be migrated, please contact your Customer Delivery Division representative.

  • OTech Projects Branch (OPB)

    OPB provides project management services for products and services procured through OTech, on behalf of state government entities.

    California Department of Technology Billings System.

  • The Customer Guide

    This searchable online guide provides customers with a reference tool to assist in locating documentation on OTech processes, procedures and standards.

  • Service Agreements

    OTech provides customer service agreements.

  • Training & Education Center

    The Training & Education Center provides excellent low-cost information technology and telecommunications training courses to state, federal and local government agencies. We also provide classroom and conference room rentals.
