The Department of Technology Services (DTS) provides customers with quality, cost-effective information technology and telecommunications solutions. Our valued customers include various state, county, federal and local government entities throughout the State of California. We offer the following resources:

  • Statewide Telecommunications and Network Division

    The Statewide Telecommunications and Network Division (STND) assists state and local government agencies in effectively utilizing the State voice and data networks. STND is committed to help customers meet their business needs by staying connected to the best available rates, services and equipment.

  • Training & Event Center

    The Training & Event Center provides excellent low-cost information technology and telecommunications training courses to state, federal and local government agencies. We also provide classroom and conference room rentals.

  • Rates

    The DTS strives to offer our customers the best possible service and competitive rates.

  • The Customer Guide

    This searchable online guide provides customers with a reference tool to assist in locating documentation on DTS processes, procedures and standards.

  • Service Request System

    The Customer Service System (CSS Web) allows customers to create and submit Service Requests 24/7, and provides robust search and reporting capabilities.

  • Service Agreements

    DTS provides customer service agreements.

  • Customer Relations Contact Directory (Excel)

    This Directory provides a list of DTS customers and their primary and backup Customer Relations Representatives.
