The Office of Technology Services (OTech) provides customers with quality, cost-effective information technology and telecommunications solutions. Our valued customers include various state, county, federal and local government entities throughout the State of California. We offer the following resources:

    Type any part of the department name, then select with mouse or keyboard. Do not enter a department abbreviation (e.g, DMV, EDD)

    The network cost estimates spreadsheet will assist customers to estimate their network services costs. The 2010/2011 network rates are based on the various types of connection speeds. Customers can see at a glance the total one-time and monthly costs of most network services provided by OTech.

    The Customer Service System (CSS Web) allows customers to create and submit Service Requests 24/7, and provides robust search and reporting capabilities.

  • Service Agreements

    OTech provides customer service agreements.

  • Training & Education Center

    The Training & Education Center provides excellent low-cost information technology and telecommunications training courses to state, federal and local government agencies. We also provide classroom and conference room rentals.
