Enterprise Performance Measures

Enterprise Performance Measures are indicators of how well OTech is achieving its mission to "deliver technology services that California government depends on."  In other words, measures help tell us how well we are serving our internal and external customers. 

Performance measures indicate whether we are achieving "outcomes," or the result we are seeking, in our three key business areas called "Core Programs."
