The Department of Technology Services provides a 24/7 Service Desk as a central point of contact for reporting, tracking and escalating incidents and requests impacting its internal and external customers.

Remedy Web
Customers must subscribe to Remedy Web in order to create and view Service Desk tickets, and to view Change Requests. To request Remedy Web access, contact the DTS Service Desk. Please allow approximately three business days for the processing of your request.
