Service Continuity Mainframe Services User Group

The importance of quality business service continuity, especially as it has been highlighted in our customers' operational needs, has led the Department of Technology Services (DTS) to establish the Service Continuity Mainframe Services (SCMS) User Group. This group will open the dialog between application owners and subject-matter experts of the mission-critical applications hosted at DTS. Topics and issues will range from the DTS disaster recovery strategy, customer application dependencies and continuity of government facets important for DTS and customers alike. Sessions will be interactive and often include information gathering discussions, presentations by subject-matter experts from both the public sector and vendor communities, and much more.
