CALNET 2 Request For Proposal Archive

The Department of Technology Services (DTS) Statewide Telecommunications and Network Division (STND) maintains the CALNET 2 Request for Proposal (RFP) Archive.

CALNET 2 RFP Announcements

• Notification: AT&T has withdrawn their protest for Module 3 effective December 27, 2006 – the State is working with the intended awardees to finalize and execute all four CALNET 2 Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Additional information will be provided as soon as available. (12/28/06)
• 06-08 - Special ATR Bulletin - CALNET Inquiries (12/19/06) (pdf)
• The Award of the four CALNET 2 Master Service Agreements will be delayed until further Notice. (12/1/06)
• Due to the protest of Module 3 by AT&T, the State is currently reviewing the impact.   DTS will provide updates as they become available.  There were no other protests on any other module. (11/20/06)
