Inmate/Ward Telephone Services
The Department of Technology Services (DTS) Statewide Telecommunications and Network Division (STND) administers the Inmate/Ward Telephone Services. Through its contract management and oversight functions, STND furnishes Inmate/Ward Telephone Services.
Who Receives Our Services
Inmates and wards using the Inmate/Ward Telephone Services (IWTS) in California's correctional and custodial facilities receive this service.
