CALNET 2 provides a comprehensive array of telecommunications and network services to public entities throughout the State.

Telecommunications Consulting Services

This MSA provides a pre-bid resource to State and local agencies to obtain telecommunications consulting services from a list of qualified vendors.

Inmate/Ward Telephone System (IWTS) Concession Services

This MSA provides the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) facilities with collect-only local, intraLATA, interLATA, interstate and international telecommunications services for inmates and wards.
