Course Description:
 
As a result of attending this 1 day program, participants will be able
to understand various methods to evaluate options or solutions from
contractors; use tools such as Quality Function Deployment, trade-off
analysis, economic analysis and decision metrics to evaluate proposals
and employ methods and tools for future solicitations. Students will
apply methods in a simulated environment and case studies. Topics
include trade-offs in proposal evaluation, decision models for trade-
off analysis, economic analysis technique, quality function
development; using evaluation criteria to develop the trade-off
analysis process and functional maps and mapping.
