In this course, participants will learn how to continuously monitor
and evaluate cost performance. Using concepts such as value analysis,
best value, make vs. buy, outsourcing, and lead-time reduction,
participants will learn how to develop plans to measure, evaluate and
improve cost management on the commodities theypurchase.
