Technology Services Board

The Technology Services Board (TSB), which was established by the Governor's Reorganization Plan 2, holds public meetings and provides governance and guidance to the Office of Technology Services (OTech). The Board also approves OTech's service rates, budget, annual financial audit, new service business plans, and strategic plans.

The Services and Finance Committee (SFC) makes recommendations to the TSB regarding new service offerings that OTech may establish, strategic planning for services, rates for service offerings, any necessary budget authorizations to fund service development, and to oversee the annual independent financial audit of OTech.
