Technology Services Board

The Technology Services Board (TSB) was established by the Governor's Reorganization Plan to provide governance and guidance to the Department of Technology Services, and to ensure appropriate oversight and customer orientation.

The Audit Committee was established by the TSB to implement, on behalf of the Board, the audit responsibilites and powers of Section 11537 of the Government Code.

The Services Committee was created by the TSB to review new service offerings of the Department of Technology Services, identify business needs for those services, and applicable rates.
