TSB Technology Services Board (Decommissioned)
The General Government Trailer Bill (SB 1038) eliminated the Technology Services Board (TSB), effective July 1, 2012.
The TSB, which was established by the Governor's Reorganization Plan 2, held public meetings and provided governance and guidance to the Office of Technology Services (OTech). The Board also approved OTech's service rates, budget, annual financial audit, new service business plans, and strategic plans.

Services and Finance Committee (Decommissioned)
Due to the elimination of the TSB, the Services and Finance Committee (SFC) was abolished.
The SFC made recommendations to the TSB regarding new OTech service offerings, strategic planning for services, rates for service offerings, any necessary budget authorizations to fund service development, and the annual independent financial audit of OTech.
